Delivery in the form of operational leasing (with the option of buying) a factory new telescopic charger, Factory new car for collection and transport of municipal waste for Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalny in Tuchola Sp. z o.o.
The subject of the order is the delivery in the form of operational lease (with the option of redemption) of a factory new car for collecting and transporting municipal waste, telescopic charger and a microbus passenger car for the transport of 9 people for Municipal Enterprise in Tuchola Sp. z o.o. in Tuchola.
The order is divided into three parts:
Part 1. Delivery in the form of operational leasing of the car for collecting and transporting waste.
Part 2. Delivery in the form of operational leasing passenger car.
Part 3. Delivery in the form of an operational lease of a telescopic charger.
The contractor may submit an offer for any number of part of the order.
Technical and utility parameters of vehicles and chargers contain technical specifications constituting Annexes 2, 3, 4 to the specifications of the conditions Orders (SWZ)
Delivery conditions and significant terms of the contract are included in Annex 5 to SWZ.
Conditions of the leasing contract.
1) Leasing parameters:
a) type of leasing - operational,
b) leasing settled in Polish zlotys (PLN),
c) equal capital installments and calculated interest based on variables WIBOR 1M interest rate,
d) variable interest rates,
e) leasing period - 60 months (including 59 leasing rents increased by purchase costs + payment treated first rat... - Documents :
