Description:
1. Subject of the order. The subject of the order is the delivery in the form of operational leasing (with a purchase option) of a brand new 7-seater car for the Mielnik Commune Office. The technical and operational parameters of the car are included in the technical specification constituting Appendix No. 3 to the specifications of the order conditions. The conditions for the execution of the subject of the order and the essential terms of the contract are included in Annex No. 5 to the SWZ. 2. Terms of the leasing contract. 1) Leasing parameters: a) operational leasing type, b) leasing settled in Polish zlotys (PLN), c) equal capital installments and interest calculated based on variable interest rates WIBOR 1M, d) variable interest rate, e) leasing period of 36 months (including 35 lease rentals plus purchase costs + payment treated as the first installment) f) payment deadline for leasing installments on the 25th day of each month, g) the purchase fee (guarantee deposit) will be made together with the last installment under provided that he pays all amounts due under the leasing contract, h) the value of the initial rent (initial fee) 30% of the vehicle value, payable within 7 days from signing the contract, i) the value of the purchase of the leased item after the end of the leasing contract (war...
