Description:
1 z o.o. in Mosina, in the form of operational leasing from the option of buying one free from defects, a factory new backhoe deck intended for road/earthworks/earthworks. 2. Leasing conditions: 2.1. Leasing period: not a soul or 48 months (4 years) in the next 47 (sow: forty -seven) leasing installments, patny once a month based on the SPAT schedule added to the contract; 2.2. installments: leasing installments with variable interest rate during the contract; 2.3. Postpad: 10% worth the subject of the non -clogging, patent once within 7 days from the date of signing the leasing contract; 2.4. The last installment option (48 installment) 1% is the purchase of a vehicle on the condition of all due to the leasing contract; 2.5. It is not allowed to establish a leasing contract (e.g. promissory note). 3. The subject of the fall was described in detail in Zakzel No. 2 to SWZ. 4.
