Description:
The subject of the order is delivery, in the short -term (6 months) form, renting one used telescopic charger with a load capacity of min. 5.5 mg.
2. The subject of the contract will be delivered to the headquarters of the Ordering Party: ul. Lubelska 53, 10-410 Olsztyn.
3. The charger must be registered and insured(AC, OC, NW without the participation of the contracting authority).
4. The contracting authority expects, during the contract, full service in the scope of required inspections by the manufacturer and guarantor, and to ensure the removal of all technical defects and repairs not related to the Employer in placeuse of the charger. The website's response to reporting a failure cannot be longer than 24 hours from the moment of notification. The reaction is understood as the arrival of the website to the place to the charger delivered as part of the order. Removing the failure cannot last longer than 7 days from the moment of accepting the application,Unless the parties agree on a different date of work. Any downtime, not lifted by the contracting authority, of over 24h, will result in a proportional reduction in rent for a given month, unless the contractor provides a replacement machine with a spoon with a minimum capacity of 3.0 m3.The Employer expects to provide a mobile service for replacing tires with new ones adequately for consumption during operation, in the workplace of the charger.
