Description:
The subject of the order is the supply of four network devices for the Lublin Conference Center.1) General requirements for the above-mentioned subject of the order are described in the content of the Description of the subject of the order (hereinafter referred to as OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ.2) Contractor in this procedure will provide four network devices and all necessary materials, licenses, accessories and cabling needed to connect and run the delivered devices.3) The place of delivery of the subject of the order is the building of the Lublin Conference Center at ul. Artura Grottgera 2 in Lublin. The contractor will provide transport to the indicated room.4) All delivered products must be brand new, functional, free from any defects and come from a legal distribution channel and must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty and service in the territory of the Republic of Poland. They must be produced not earlier than 6 months before the date of submission of the offer.5) Detailed terms and conditions of the order are included in the Essential Provisions of the Agreement, which constitute Appendix No. 3 to the SWZ, and in the Description of the Subject of the Order, which constitutes Appendix No. 1 to ...
