Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of four off -road passenger cars
in the police version of the marked.
2. The Employer will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then perform the subjective qualification of the Contractor, whose offer has been the highest rated, in the scope of no grounds for exclusionand meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings, in accordance with art. 139 para. 1 POPP (so -called inverted procedure)
3. In connection with the application of the procedure referred to in art. 1 of the POPP, the contracting authority does not require submitting a statement referred to in art. 125 para. 1UPZP (END). OrderingHe will demand this statement only from the contractor whose offer will be rated the highest.
4. Pursuant to art. 257 points 1 of the Public Procurement Law Act, the Ordering Party reserves the right to annul the procurement procedure if the public funds that the Employer intendedallocate to finance all or part of the order, they will not be granted.They must be brand new, manufactured in 2025, the model currently manufactured by the manufacturer, as part of the same model, version and variant as well as equipment, admitted to trading, free from technical and legal defects.
