- 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of four vehicles for KW PSP in Opole with the right to purchase additional equipment (applies to parts 1 and 2), divided into parts:
Part 1: Heavy rescue and firefighting car,
The option of the option includes the purchase of additional equipment.
Guaranteed order includes:
Purchase of a vehicle in accordance with point 1 to 3.36 Annex 1A to SWZ until 19.12.2025.
Optional order:
Option No. 1: Supply of additional equipment in accordance with point 4.1 to 4.47 of Annex 1A to SWZ,
The right option means that the contracting authority will definitely buy a guaranteed scope of the order i.e. the vehicle in accordance with point 1 to 3.36 of Annex 1A to SWZ, while the Employer will present the options that it will use under the right options by 10.10.2025 at the latest. Pursuant to art. 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority provides for the possibility of annulment of the proceedings in question, if public funds, which the contracting authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the order, were not granted to him.
The exercise of the right option depends on the following events:
a) obtaining savings in the tender procedure,
b) obtaining additional financial resources.

The option of the option includes the purchase of additional equipment.
The guaranteed order includes:
Purchase of a vehicle in accordance with point 1 to 3.35, excluding item 2.12 of Annex 1B to SWZ by 19.12.2025.
