Description:
Delivery of fresh meat and cold cuts in 2026 to Catering Kitchens in Kielce at ul. Kotaja 4, Krzyanowska 8, Jagielloska 76 and DPSs at ul. eromskiego 4/6 and Tarnowska 10 according to the quantity and assortment specified in Annex No. 1A. The order will be fulfilled on the basis of partial orders submitted by telephone or e-mail by an authorized employee of the Ordering Party at least one day in advance before the required delivery date or in emergency cases after telephone arrangement. The quantities given in Annex 1A constitute the estimated demand. Ordering Party reserves the right: - to resign from purchasing some products due to lack or limitation of demand; - to change the quantity of ordered products within the value and range specified in the contract in the event of a change in the needs of the Ordering Party; - to change the range of products in the event of withdrawing the old one and introducing new product/products, within the offered product group of the same or higher quality and parameters, at a price not higher than that offered in the tender offer.
