- 1. The subject of the order is the following deliveries: Delivery of fresh meat and cold cuts for the school canteen at the Primary School. Major Pil. Jerzy Iszkowski in Tgoborza in 2026.2. The Contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the order to the School Primary school named after Major Pil. Jerzy Iszkowski in Tgoborze, 33-312 Tgoborze, ul. w. Floriana 20.3. Description: all products of the highest quality. meat of the highest quality, fresh, not frozen, not thawed, with the color and smell typical of a given type of meat, meat it should be firm, elastic, coming from domestic production, the color of fresh pork should be pale to red, the meat should be juicy, the color, smell, consistency, surface and cross-section should indicate the freshness of the product, a small amount is allowed natural amount of fat cover, in the case of fatty meats, e.g. pork loin, shoulder. the shelf life of the products is to be no shorter than 5 days for fresh meat.
