- Part 1:1. The subject of the order is the successive, cashless purchase of fuels in the fleet card system or equivalent in accordance with the current needs of the Ordering Party for cars, machines and technical devices. The purchase will include Pb 95 unleaded petrol (estimated total amount of 1,000, including: 600 liters base and 400 l under the option right) and diesel oil (estimated in the total amount of 2,000, including: 1,000 l base and 1,000 l under the option right). 2. The indicators indicated above are the projected demand of the Ordering Party during the period of contract implementation. Settlements between the Contractor and the Ordering Party will be made on: based on the quantities of unleaded Pb 95 gasoline and diesel oil actually purchased by the Ordering Party.3. The minimum deliveries during the term of the contract are: - Unleaded petrol 500 l, - Diesel oil 800 l. 4. The Ordering Party may order the delivery (option right) of unleaded petrol Pb 95 in an amount of up to 400 l and diesel oil in an amount of up to PLN 1,000 if the planned number of deliveries per year turns out to be insufficient.
