4.1 The subject of the order is: Delivery of fuels for service vehicles of the District Office in Widnik in a cashless system based on fleet cards in the Lublin Voivodeship and throughout the country. 4.2 Cashless, cyclical sale of liquid fuels for service vehicles. belonging to the District Office in Widnik using electronic fuel cards in the following total quantities: - diesel oil (ON) - 60,000 liters - unleaded petrol (Pb95) - 23,500 liters 4.3 Delivery will be made in the form of purchase at fuel distribution stations operating under the Contractor's brand at using fleet cards in accordance with the current needs of the Ordering Party (in the Lublin Voivodeship and stations throughout the country). 4.4 The Ordering Party undertakes to purchase liquid fuels at a minimum level of 50% of the quantities specified in the description of the subject of the order, and the Contractor will not be liable to the Ordering Party makes claims for the purchase of a smaller amount of fuel than specified in this description of the subject of the order.4.5 Preferred distance of the nearest gas station from the registered office of the Ordering Party (at ul.
