2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ - Description of the Subject Matter of the Order (OPZ) and Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ - Draft Provisions of the Contract (PPU).

4. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers.
5. The Ordering Party does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key tasks.
6. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of offers variants.
7. The Ordering Party does not envisage concluding a framework agreement.
8. The Ordering Party does not plan to select the offer using an electronic auction.
9. Ordering Party does not provide for reimbursement of the costs of participation in the proceedings, subject to Art. 261 upzp.
