Description:
1. The subject of the order is the successive delivery, at the expense of the contractor, of light fuel oil in 2026, at the reference temperature plus 150C, to the mentioned municipal boiler rooms located in the Puszcza Mariaska Commune, in the total estimated quantity 150,000 liters. The estimated quantity of the order may be reduced during the duration of the contract, by no more than 40,000 liters. The Ordering Party guarantees that the minimum amount of fuel oil to be collected from the Contractor under this contract is 110,000 liters. The boiler room in The Puszcza Mariaska Commune is located at the following addresses: a) Puszcza Mariaska Commune Office, ul.
