- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of fuel oil to oil boiler houses managed by LCIT. 2. The Contractor undertakes to deliver to the places specified in section 2. 2 Material Provisions of the Agreement (hereinafter referred to as IPU) successively, in the quantities specified in each order placed by the Ordering Party in the form in writing or by telephone, confirmed by fax or e-mail.3.The document confirming the acceptance of the oil delivery by the Ordering Party will be a delivery note signed by an authorized person from the Ordering Party.4.The Contractor will deliver the subject of the order at his own expense.5.The fuel will be unloaded at using a pump in a road tanker. 6. Light fuel oil (diesel oil for heating purposes) must meet the requirements in accordance with the Polish Standard PN-C-96024:2011 or equivalent, grade L1, European Approvals and applicable legal regulations, in particular the requirements of the Act of August 25, 2006 on the system monitoring and controlling fuel quality (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1209, as amended) and the Regulation of the Minister of Energy of December 1, 2016 on quality requirements regarding sulfur content for oils and types of installations and warunk...
