- The subject of the order is the supply of fuels - unleaded gasoline Pb95 and diesel oil to underground tanks located at the departmental fuel station in Białystok, described in detail in Annex No. 3 SWZ in the amount of: Pb95 - 1116 m3, diesel - 1112 m3. DELIVERY OF FUEL (PB 95 and ON) TO UNDERGROUND TANKS LOCATED IN THE RESORT SERVICE STATION IN BIAŁYSTOK 1. The subject of the order is the supply of fuels - unleaded petrol Pb95 and diesel oil to underground tanks located in departmental gas station in Białystok described in detail in Annex No. 3 SWZ in the amount of: Pb95 - 1116 m3, diesel - 1112 m3 2. The Contractor guarantees high quality of fuels in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of June 26, 2024. (Journal of Laws z 2024 pos. 1018) on quality requirements for liquid fuels, and current standards, i.e. PN-EN 228 for PB-95 gasoline; PN-EN 590 for diesel fuel. If the applicable quality standards change during the term of the contract, the Contractor will adapt fuel quality to new standards. 3. The Contractor will ensure continuity of deliveries, and with each delivery it will provide: 1) original or copy (photocopy) of the quality certificate (laboratory certificate) of the supplied fuels, 2) transport document (WZ) prepared on the basis of measurements of fuel released from the Supplier/Manufacturer's warehouse, containing data on fuel temperature, density and volume measured at actual temperature and density and volume reduced to temperature...
