Description:
The subject of the contract is the supply of fuel to turbine air engines with the NATO F-44 code in accordance with the quality requirements indicated by the Employer and the qualitative clause included in the "description of the subject of the contract" constituting Annex 6 to SWZ and in accordance with the listspecified in Chapter III para. 1 SWZ, with the quantities included in the option in the table in Chapter III para. 1 SWZ, in the "quantity in options" column can be used after the implementation of the basic quantities included in the table in Chapter III para. 1 SWZ, in the "basic amount" column in the event of an existence in this respectthe needs of the Ordering Party.
About the intention to exercise the "right of options", together with the amount of the ordered subject of the contract and the place of its delivery, the Employer will inform the contractor (in writing or by e-mail or fax) within the time limit specified in the "planned provisions of the contract" constituting an attachmentNo. 5 to SWZ.Orders "constituting Annex 6 to SWZ and in accordance with the list specified in Chapter III para. 1 SWZ.
