Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of wood pellet fuel in the amount of 135 tons for the School and Kindergarten Complex No. 4 in Tychy. 2. The order will be completed from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 or until the funds allocated for the execution of the order, constituting the gross value of the contract, are exhausted.3. Receiver reserves the right to change the quantity of ordered wood pellets to the actual needs of the school in relation to the expected quantity indicated in point. 1.4. The recipient reserves the right to reduce the value of the contract resulting from a change in the quantity of pellets ordered in line with the actual needs of the school.5. Wood pellet included in the order will be delivered in batches in accordance with the given quantities, but not less than 10 tons and not more than 15 tons after the request is sent electronically to the indicated e-mail address of the Contractor.6.
