1 Wadysawa Biegaski in iawiedostarczane fuels and oils must condemn the quality requirements of appropriate and applicable Polish standards and provisions in this regard. The contractor will obligeSi for the supply of fuel that is spent by the regulation of the minister of climate and environment of 26 June 2024 in the case requires quality fuels (Journal of Laws 2024 item 1018); 2. The actual quantities implemented during the supply agreement BD results from the current needs of the Ordering Party. 3.The Ordering Party does not allow entrusting the polish to subcontractors.4. The ordering one requires a non -digestive settlement with the help of fuel cards. 5. Reading a non -suppressed refueling transaction when using the fuel card will be the following by issuing an evidence of the issue. 6. DOWD of the edition containsMinimum: 6.1.
