- The subject of the order is the purchase of liquid fuels, i.e. 95-octane unleaded gasoline (Pb 95) and diesel oil (ON) in order to meet the transport and equipment needs of the District Road Authority in Strzelin in 2025. The ordering party anticipates that the order amount will be at the level of: - for diesel oil: 5,000.00 liters - for Pb 95 gasoline: 140.00 liters The above-mentioned delivery volume is the projected demand of the Ordering Party during the order execution period, i.e. from December 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to fulfill the entire forecasted demand. fuel demand in a situation where the actual fuel demand is lower. Fuel collection will take place at the Contractor's gas station and will consist in successive refueling of the Ordering Party's service vehicles, depending on the needs.
