COMPLY CLASS CPV SPORTH: 09134100-8 (papid oil); 09132100-4 (non-wiring gasoline); 09133000-0 (liquefied petroleum gas LPG); 09100000-0 (fuels); 1. The subject of the contract is a successive purchase of fuel for vehicles as well as machines and devices in possession of the Ordering Party: 1/ papper oil (ON) in the number 95 000 liters; 2/ PB 95 -free gasoline in quantities 1,500 Liter; 3/ LPG gas in quantity 1,500 liter. 2. The indicated amount of fuel may be changed during the contract, however, the ordering one will commit to the purchase of 70%.3. The contractor will undertake the sale of fuels to the requirements of fuels Determined in the ordinance of the minister of climate and environment in the case, it requires quality fuels of June 26, 2024 (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1018) and standards for polar oil (ON) PN-EN 590: 2022-08; for non -ovid gasoline (PB) PN-EN 228+A1: 2017-06; or other regulations or standards applying on the day of purchase. In the event of a change in the current quality standards during the contract, the Contractor will adapt as fuels to new standards. 4.
