• 1. The subject of the contract is:
  1.1 PART 1-DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION CONTAINES TOP-DON RW 450 ml/2 x 400 ml up to 600 ml with an additional plasma container in an amount of 3,000 pcs.
  1.2 PART 2-DELIVERY OF CONSTRUCTION CONTAINES TOP-GOOD RW 450 ml/2 x 400 ml up to 600 ml with in line filter to KKCZ in the amount of 25,000 pcs.
  1.3 Part 3 - Delivery of triple containers Top - bottom RW 450 ml/2 x 400 ml up to 600 ml in the amount of 150,000 pcs.
  1.4 Part 4 - Delivery of disposable sets for the therapeutic plasmapheres in the amount of 400 pcs.
  1.5 Part 5 - Delivery of laboratory gravitational anti -leather filters to KKP filtering in the amount of 2,000 pcs.
  1.6 Part 6 - Delivery of empty transfer containers a 150 ml in the amount of 200 pcs and a 4x150 ml in the amount of 600 pcs.
