- 4.1. The subject of the order is the delivery of furniture and equipment to the administrative building of the Jozefow Forest District.
Deliveries will take place to individual rooms in the administrative building of the Jozefow Forest District located at ul. LeΕna 46, 23-460 Jozefow. The contracting authority in accordance with art. 91 para. 1 of the Public Procurement Law allows partial offers divided into 3 parts, as below:
4.2.1. Part 1 order - purchase, delivery and assembly with connection to Required furniture installations and other building equipment
4.2.2. Part 2 orders - purchase, delivery and assembly of chairs and office seats
4.2.3. Part 3 orders - purchase, delivery and assembly of metal furniture
4.3. The material of the subject of the contract includes in particular (applies to parts 1, 2 and 3 orders):
1) delivery, bringing and assembly to individual rooms, indicated by the Ordering Party in a detailed description of the order, located in the administrative building of the Jozefow Forest District,
2) delivery (transport) to the seat of the Ordering Party along with unloading, bringing and assembly in individual studios. The offer includes all other necessary costs related to the implementation of the subject of the contract.
3) providing the instructions with the order required to operate
in Polish (if concerned),
