Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of furniture and equipment for student houses No. 2 and No. 4 (hereinafter referred to as: "subject of the order", "product"). The subject of the contract includes 3 tasks (partial offers).
Task No. 1 - Delivery of furniture and equipment - furniture sets
Task No. 2 - Furniture delivery and Equipment - furniture buildings
Task No. 3 - Delivery of furniture and equipment - metal furniture
2. The detachment description of the subject of the contract is included in:
• Annex 1A to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract - Task No. 1.
• Annex 1AA to SWZ - price form - task No. 1.
• Annex 1B to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract - task No. 2.
• Annex 1BB to SWZ - price form - Task No. 2.
• Annex 1C to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract - Task No. 3.
• Annex 1CC to SWZ - price form - Task No. 3.
3. The order is financed as part of the project EU - the development plan of the project entitled "Modernization and equipment of didactic facilities in connection with the increase in admission limits for medical studies - Medical University of Lublin", which is part of the investment D2.1.1 Mon. "Investments related to the modernization and retrofitting of didactic facilities In connection with the increase in admission limits for medical studies ", implemented as part of the National Plan of Reconstruction and Increasing Charges-Component D" Efficiency, availability and quality of the healthcare system "under contract No. KPOD.07.05-IP.10-0023/24/KPO/1206/2025/99.
