- 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of furniture with assembly and the delivery and assembly of household appliances to the University. Adam Mickiewicz in Poznań. The subject of the order was divided into 2 Parts.
2. The subject of the order is described in Annex A to the SWZ and Annex A1 to the SWZ - detaileddescription of the subject of the order (part 1) along with projections and drawings of furniture, Annex B to the SWZ (part 2).
3. The contractor submitting an offer for part 1 will provide the relevant evidence in the form of a presentation of the assembled furniture by the deadline for submitting offers:
1) hanging shelf - item No. 2 of Annex Afor SWZ
2) drawer cabinet no. 4 pos. No. 5 of Annex A to the SWZ
4. The contractor will attach the evidence in question to each valued piece of furniture in the form of a separate catalog card, which should be submitted with the offer.
5. The contractor provides: part 1 a minimum 60-month warranty for the delivered furniturequality assurance, part 3: minimum 36-month quality warranty. The warranty period is counted from the date of signing the acceptance protocol.
6. The contractor provides a 24-month warranty for the household appliances delivered in part 1, counting from the date of signing the acceptance reports.
6. The contractor will attach to the offer the contractorsubstantive evidence in the form of documents (certificates and attestations or other equivalent documents) that confirm the compliance of the furniture with the described standards listed in Annex A, Annex A1.
