Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of furniture with assembly, hereinafter referred to as "furniture", to the didactic building of the Faculty of Mathematics, Physics and Computer Science of the University of Gdańsk.
2. Classification of the common order dictionary (CPV): 39130000-2 (office furniture), 39150000-8 (various furniture and equipment), 39131000-9 (office shelves), 39121100-7 (desks), 39132100-7 (wardrobes for files).
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract was specified in the attachment No. 6 to SWZ - description of the subject of the contract.

5. The Ordering Party requires a warranty on furniture for a period of at least 12 months, with the Contractor to offer a longer period warranty, taking into account the entries of chapter XVII SWZ. Details of the warranty are included in § 7 of the draft contract - Annex 5 to SWZ.
6. If Wherever in SWZ, including in the description of the subject of the contract - Annex 6 to SWZ, the standards referred to in art. 101 para. 1 - 3 PZP, it should be understood that such an indication is accompanied by "or equivalent" words and the contracting authority allows the offer of equivalent, guaranteeing solutions, that the offered subject of the contract meets standards not worse than described by the Ordering Party in Annex 6 to SWZ.
