Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery and assembly of furniture to the building
91 para. 1 of the PZP Act allows partial offers divided into 7 parts, as below:
1) Part 1 - "Delivery and installation of furniture to the wing of the building at 2A Okopowa Street - ground floor ";
2) Part 2 - "Delivery and installation of furniture to the wing of the building at 2A Okopowa Street - floor 1";
3) Part 3 - "Delivery and installation of furniture to the wing of the building at 2A Okopowa Street - floor 2";
4) Part 4 - "Delivery and installation of furniture to the wing of the building at 2A Okopowa Street - floor 3";
5) Part 5 - "Delivery and assembly of furniture to the building at ul. Krakowskie Przedmieście 64 ";
6) Part 6 - "Delivery and installation of armchairs and chairs to the building at ul. Krakowskie Przedmieście 64"
7) Part 7 - "Delivery and installation of armchairs and chairs to the buildings of the District Prosecutor's Office in Parczew and the District Prosecutor's Office in Chełm."
3pm The material subject of the contract includes in particular:
1) the delivery of a factory new, i.e. not used before the date of delivery, excluding the use of the necessary work necessary to conduct the test of the manufacturer's official distribution channels, ensuring in particular implementation of furniture warranty rights and equipment to the extent specified in Annexes 1a, 1B, 1C, 1D, 1E, 1F, 1G to SWZ together with its transport, bringing, setting, mounting, assumption, twisting, connection, arrangement, in places indicated by Ordering Party,
