The proceedings are conducted in an open tender mode, pursuant to art. 132 of the Act of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "PZP Act" and this specification of the terms of the contract, hereinafter referred to as "SWZ".
Order name: "Delivery of furniture to equip the headquarters of the Museum of Modern Art at 103 Marszałkowska St.". General rules:
1) The subject of the order is the delivery of furniture, consisting in the supply, installation and setting of furniture at the headquarters of the Museum of Modern Art at ul. Marszałkowska 103 in Warsaw in the scope indicated in the order documentation indicated in para. 3 of this chapter SWZ.
2) All ordered elements are ready -made furniture, derived from serial (large -scale) production, having all the approvals and certificates required in Poland and the European Union issued in relation to product as a whole. Furniture should have its own reserved commercial names. The selection of furniture is mostly an original complement to the architectural design of the museum building and requires taking into account the aesthetic features of individual furniture in relation to the architecture of the object.
