Description:
The subject of the contract is the supply of furniture equipment for the needs of the Pulmonology and Toracic Surgery Center in Bystra, co -financed by the budget of the Śląskie Voivodeship as part of the implementation of the task entitled "Reconstruction of Pavilion No. 4 Center of Pulmonology and Toracic Surgery in Bystra - Quality Improving medical services and conditions of patients' stay. "
The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of furniture equipment (with the term "equipment" refers to each element of the order), divided into 2 separate packages:
Package No. 1 - Furniture
Package No. 2 - Kitchen annexes
The contracting authority requires offering for the entire equipment of the 24-month warranty period. The offered and supplied equipment should be factory -new and unused, free from legal and physical defects, in particular such as defects, construction errors, executive errors and other technical defects that could be revealed during its use. He should guarantee the safety of patients and medical staff.
Package No. 1 - Furniture
The subject of the order is the delivery of furniture equipment for the needs of the Pulmonology and Toracic Surgery Center in Bystra, co -financed by the budget of the Śląskie Voivodeship under implementation of the task "Reconstruction of Pavilion No. 4 Center of Pulmonology and Toracic Surgery in Bystra - Improving the quality of medical services and the conditions of patients' stay", in the range of package No. 1 - furniture.
