- 1) The subject of the contract is the delivery and assembly of furniture equipment to three educational institutions as part of the project "Different but equal - improving the quality of inclusion education at ZSP No. 18, SP No. 75 and SP No. 9
in Poznań", co -financed by the European Social Fund Plus (EFS+) in the European Social Fund (EFS+) inas part of the European Funds program for Wielkopolska 2021 2027 (FEW).
2) The subject of the contract was divided into 2 parts:
-part I-delivery of school furniture, referred to in Annex 1a to the contract (description of the subject of the contract for parts I),
-part II-delivery of a booth/acoustic cabin, about whichSpeech in Annex 1b to the contract (description of the subject of the contract for part II).
3) The delivered equipment must be factory new, unused, undamaged, not burdened with the rights of third parties, high quality.
4) It is required to ensure a minimum 24-month period of warranty warranty period, the equipment provided,listed in the subject of the order with the "Door to Door" option (all costs of service will be covered by the contractor), with the time of removing the defect by the service specified at a maximum of 10 business days from the moment of reporting the fault.
