- 1. The subject of the order is the supply of natural gas.
2. The Ordering Party allows you to submit partial offers.
2.1 The order consists of the following parts:
1) part of the order No. 1-Comprehensive delivery of natural gas, including sales and providing distribution services to the office and office buildingat ul. Warszawska 129 in ElblΔ g (Black Management Board in ElblΔ g);
2) part of the order No. 2 - Comprehensive delivery of natural gas, including sales and providing distribution service for heating the building in KarwieΕski BΕota Drugie No. 26 (Black Board in GdaΕsk).
Detailed information onthe subject of the contract, the scope of requirements and conditions for each part of the contract is specified in:
- description of the subject of the contract for each part of the contract- Annex 1 to SWZ,
- Designed contract provisions- Annex 5 to SWZ.
2.2 The Contractor may submit an offer for one or more partsOrders.
2.3 The Ordering Party does not allow the division of the order within individual parts.
3. The contracting authority does not allow the possibility of submitting variant offers.
4. The contracting authority does not provide for the possibility of awarding the orders referred to in art. 214 para. 1 point 8 of the Public Procurement Law
5. CPV for partsOrders No. 1-2: 09123000-7 Natural gas, 65200000-5 gas transmission and similar services.
6. The Employer does not provide for the possibility of exercising the right of the option referred to in art. 441 of the PZP.
