Description:
1. The subject of the order is the non-cash, successive purchase of liquid fuels in retail quantities in 2026: a) unleaded gasoline 95 - 4,000 lb) diesel oil - 50,000 l2. The Ordering Party will refuel at the Contractor's gas stations, depending on needs passenger cars, delivery vans, trucks, special cars as well as canisters and barrels.3. Fuel purchase will be made cashless in the system of electronic fuel cards issued to the Ordering Party at its expense, after providing lists of vehicle registration numbers. 4. The subject of the contract will be performed successively in accordance with the needs of the Ordering Party for a period of 12 months, from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026.5. The ordering party reserves the right to reduce or increase the quantity of the item order by approximately 50%, and the Contractor will not be entitled to any claim in this respect.6. The following settlement periods for non-cash transactions are established: from the 1st to the 15th day of the month and from the 16th day of the month to the last day of the month. The date of sale is considered to be the last day of a given billing period.7. The Contractor guarantees that the fuel quality meets the legally applicable requirements. ...
