Description:
1. The subject of this order is the delivery of devices broken down into part of the order, hereinafter referred to as the packages: Package 1: Delivery of laboratory centrifugation with cooling; Package 2: Delivery of the CO2 incubator with thermal sterilization 2. Specific description of the subject of the contract, specifying as to The type and number of devices, in the scope of individual parts of the order, hereinafter referred to as ,, Packages from 1 to 2 "was specified in the forms of the required technical conditions, which constitute attachments No. 2.1-2.2. 3. The execution of the subject will belong to the contractor's obligations Orders in accordance with the provisions of the draft contract, constituting Annex 6 to SWZ.
