Description:
The subject of the order is the successive delivery of dairy products to the canteen of Primary School No. 18 with Bilingual Departments in Rzeszow in 2026. Size/Scope: a) The subject of the order will be implemented successively, in batches - according to the Ordering Party's needs on working days from Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 07:00 maximum delivery time for successive deliveries (each batch) - up to 3 business days from placing the order (e-mail or telephone). This deadline may be shortened in accordance with the Contractor's declaration submitted in the offer form (as part of the non-price criterion - delivery deadline from placing the order). b) The Ordering Party requires the delivery of goods free from defects. If the Contractor is notified by the Ordering Party that the quality and/or quantity of the delivered items is inconsistent with the placed order (the goods are defective), he is obliged to give notice within 3 hours of the Ordering Party's notification (by mail). electronically, by telephone or in person during collection based on a prepared protocol) to deliver the correct item(s), i.e. free from defects.
