- 1. The subject of this order is the supply of general laboratory equipment divided into parts of the order, called Packages:
Package 1: Delivery of a multifunction camera with equipment,
Package 2: Delivery of a laboratory centrifuge with cooling,
Package 3: Delivery of a magnetic stirrer
Package 4: Delivery of a water bath with thermal balls,
Package 5: Delivery of an ultrasonic homogenizer with equipment,
Package 6: Water bath delivery,
Package 7: Delivery of a laboratory shaker.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, specifying the number, type and requirements, has been specified in the Forms of required technical conditions, constituting respectively for Package 1 - 7, Annexes No. 2.1 - 2.7 to the SWZ.
3. The Contractor's obligations will include the implementation of the subject of the order in accordance with the provisions of the Draft Agreement, constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ.
4. Delivery of devices will take place by:
