Description:
1. The subject of this order is the supply of general laboratory equipment divided into parts of the order, called Packages:
Package 1: Delivery of a low-temperature freezer,
Package 2: Delivery of laboratory dryers,
Package 3: Delivery of a UV-C ceiling lamp,
Package 4: Chromatograph delivery liquid with equipment,
Package 5: Delivery of a laboratory centrifuge.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, specifying the number, type and requirements, was specified in the Forms of required technical conditions, constituting respectively for Package 1 - 5, Annexes No. 2.1 - 2.5 to SWZ.
3. The Contractor's obligations will include the implementation of the subject of the order in accordance with the provisions of the Draft Agreement, constituting Annex No. 6 to SWZ.
