Description:
1. The subject of this order is the supply of general laboratory equipment divided into parts of the order, called Packages: Package 1: Ice shredder delivery, Package 2: Delivery of a laboratory dryer, Package 3: Delivery of the thermal block, Package 4: Delivery of a laminar chamber, Package 5: Delivery of a laboratory incubator with cooling. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, specifying the number, type and requirements, is specified in the Forms of required technical conditions, constituting respectively for Package 1 - 5, Annexes No. 2.1 - 2.5 to the SWZ. 3. The Contractor's obligations will include the implementation of the subject of the order in accordance with the provisions of the Draft Agreement, constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 4. The devices will be delivered to: Package 1: Applied Pharmacy Department, ul. Banacha 1, 02-097 Warszawa; Package 2: Department and Department of Drug Technology and Pharmaceutical Biotechnology, ul. Banacha 1, 02-097 Warszawa; Package 3: Department of Laboratory Medicine, ul. Banacha 1, 02-097 Warsaw; Package 4: Department and Department of Drug Technology and Pharmaceutical Biotechnology, ul.
