• Package 1: Delivery of a water purification system Package 2: Laminar chamber delivery 1. The subject of this order is the supply of general laboratory equipment divided into parts of the order, called Packages: Package 1: Delivery of the cleaning system water, Package 2: Laminar chamber delivery. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, specifying the number, type and requirements, is specified in the Forms of required technical conditions, constituting for Package No. 1 and Package No. 2, Annexes No. 2.1 and 2.2 to the SWZ. 3. The Contractor's obligations will include the implementation of the subject of the order in accordance with the provisions of the Draft Agreement, constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 4. The devices will be delivered by: Package 1: Department and Department of Chemistry Farmaceutyczna and Biomaterials ul. Banacha 1,02-097 Warszawa; Package 2: Department of Applied Pharmacy, Pharmacy, ul. Banacha 1, 02-097 Warsaw. 5. In situations where the Ordering Party describes the subject of the contract by referring to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described in each such standard, technical assessment, approval, technical specification, technical reference system that meet the requirements specified in the description of the subject of the order. 6.
