Description:
1. The subject of this order is the supply of general laboratory equipment divided into parts of the order, called Packages:
Package 1: Delivery of a spectrofluorimeter with equipment,
Package 2: Delivery of a flow system for in vitro testing with equipment,
Package 3: Shaker delivery laboratory,
Package 4: Delivery of a laboratory refrigerator,
Package 5: Delivery of a semi-dry protein electrotransfer system with equipment,
Package 6: Delivery of a microbiological incubator.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order, specifying the type and requirements, was specified in Forms of required technical conditions, constituting respectively for Package 1 - 6, Annexes No. 2.1 - 2.6 to SWZ.
3. The Contractor's obligations will include the implementation of the subject of the order in accordance with the provisions of the Draft Agreement, constituting Annex No. 6 to the SWZ.
4.The devices will be delivered to:
Banacha 1, 02-097 Warszawa, ground floor 008;
Package 2, 3, 4, 6: Department and Department of Pharmaceutical Biology, Pharmacy, ul. Banacha 1, 02-097 Warszawa;
Package 5 - Department and Department of Biochemistry, Pharmacy, ul. Banacha 1, 02-097 Warsaw, I cube, 1 first floor, room 1/13.
5. In situations where the Ordering Party describes the subject of the contract by referring to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the Ordering Party allows solutions equivalent to those described in each such standard, assessment technical,...
