Description:
The subject of the contract is the delivery of general purpose cars together with the performance of the activities specified in the Order documents
(§ 1 of the planned provisions of the contract Annex 2A-2C to SWZ) in the quantities specified in Annex 1 to SWZ.
The order has been divided into 3 below listed tasks:
- Task No. 1 - General purpose cars - passenger car;
- Task No. 2 - General purpose cars - passenger car with a higher standard;
- Task No. 3 - general purpose cars - SUV passenger car;
Detailed description of the subject of the contract and detailed The requirements for the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 3A-3C-operating and technical requirements.
Task No. 1 - General purpose cars - passenger car
1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of general purpose cars together with the performance of activities specified in § 1 planned provisions of the contract.
2. The terms of the order processing are specified in the order documents (Annex 2a to SWZ - planned provisions of the contract (hereinafter: PPU)).
Task No. 2 - General purpose cars - a high standard passenger car
1. The subject of the contract is Delivery of general purpose cars together with the performance of activities specified in § 1 of the planned provisions of the contract.
2. The terms of the order processing are specified in the order documents (Annex 2B to SWZ - planned provisions of the contract (hereinafter: PPU)).
