Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of a generator of arbitrary signals with frequencies in the radio and microwave range, hereinafter referred to as "equipment".
2. The subject of the order, its scope and quality requirements are specified in detail in the description of the subject of the order, which constitutes an attachment No. 5 to SWZ. If the specifications of the order conditions, proper names, types, models, symbols are indicated in the provisions, these provisions should be understood as entries about an example product.
3. Order codes according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV): 34999000-6.
4. The Ordering Party does not allow this possibility submitting partial offers. The subject of the order constitutes one functional whole. Customized order for SMEs.
5. If the description of the subject of the order refers to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, the Ordering Party allows the possibility use of solutions equivalent to those described.
6. These proceedings are conducted taking into account environmental aspects, expressed in in the environmental offer evaluation criteria.
