Description:
1. Subject of the order. The subject of the order is the purchase of a power generator with a capacity of 80 kVA for the Gniezno Commune Office together with transport trailers. A task co-financed from the state budget to co-finance an own task in the field of population protection and civil defense included in key areas of activity in under the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026 Area 2: Logistics security and ensuring continuity of supplies. The quantitative scope of delivery of the order is included in Annex No. 6. In terms of the subject of the order, the Contractor is obliged to: 1) deliver the products that are the subject of the contract: a) to the registered office of the Ordering Party, i.e. Gniezno Commune Office 62-200 Gniezno al. Reymonta 9-11, the Ordering Party's representative will indicate a warehouse location to the Contractor. b) at his own expense and at his own expense, including the cost of delivery insurance, c) during the Ordering Party's opening hours; 2) delivery of the equipment along with: 1) warranty cards, operating instructions and other documents necessary to take over the equipment for use and register the trailer, 2) with all accessories constituting the sales set; 3) delivery of the equipment to the garage indicated by the representative Ordering party...
