- 1. The subject of the order is the execution of the order called Delivery of a power generator with trailers under the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026, consisting in the delivery of a 48 kW power generator with trailers for transport, in accordance with Annex 4 to SWZ,2. Subject of the order includes training of the Ordering Party's staff in operation and service. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Appendix No. 4 to SWZ.4. The subject of the order must be suitable for storage outdoors or in an unheated garage (i.e. closed, ventilated rooms in which no the use of own or external heat sources is expected).5. On the day of delivery, the Contractor will train the persons indicated by the Ordering Party in the field of operation, maintenance, minor repairs, operation and inspection of the delivered equipment.6. The delivered subject matter of the contract must be admitted for trading and use, fully functional and ready for use in accordance with its intended purpose, must meet the applicable quality and technical standards, cannot be encumbered with any third-party rights and must be consistent with the Contractor's offer.7.
