Description:
1. The subject of the order is the sale, delivery and ensuring the implementation of gift cards for employees of Szczeciskie Przedsibiorstwo Autobusowe Klonowica Sp. z o. o. in a number of not less than 286 pieces and not more than 312 pieces in the following quantities and nominal values: 1) not less than 10 pieces and not more than 15 pieces with a value of PLN 1,200.002) not less than 6 pieces and not more than 12 pieces with a value of PLN 1,100.003) not less than 270 pieces and not more than 285 pieces with a value of PLN 1,000.00. Cards must have a validity period no shorter than June 30, 2026. 3. The contractor whose offer will be accepted the most advantageous, before signing the contract, will be obliged to submit a detailed list of retail and service points redeeming gift cards in the city of Szczecin, confirming the number of points indicated in the price offer. This list will constitute an annex to the agreement.4. Cost and risk of delivery gift cards are borne by the Contractor.5. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the SWZ and contract. No. 3 to SWZ.
