- The subject of the order is the sale to the Ordering Party and delivery to its headquarters of electronic prepaid gift cards (hereinafter referred to as "Cards") for employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, intended for use in institutions and facilities dealing with the dissemination of culture, sports, as well as various forms of entertainment and offering relaxation, beauty and wellness treatments in the territory of the Republic of Poland (in particular in the capital city of Warsaw), and secured with an individual PIN code, issued to bearer, in the amount of 1,900 pieces (in words: one thousand nine hundred) with a value of PLN 500.00 (in words: five hundred) gross each, subject to the option rights as in point 4.5.
