Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of gift vouchers in the form of electronic cards with the top-up amount: 1) PLN 800.00 in the number of: 45 pieces - total amount of PLN 36,000.00 (in words: thirty-six thousand zlotys 00/100); 2) PLN 900.00 in the number of: 103 pieces - total amount of PLN 92,700.00 PLN (in words: ninety-two thousand seven hundred zlotys 00/100); in total, vouchers for the total amount of PLN 128,700 (in words: one hundred twenty-eight thousand seven hundred zlotys 00/100). Contractors are requested to: - read the attached OPZ, - complete the offer form, The inquiry in question is value estimation, will not end with the selection of an offer and does not constitute an invitation to submit offers within the meaning of Art. 66 of the Civil Code. Therefore, it does not oblige the Ordering Party to conclude a contract or award an order and does not constitute part of the public procurement procedure. implemented on the basis of the Act of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law. If the Medical Research Agency starts the public procurement procedure, it will result in you being invited to submit an offer for the service.
