Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of goods vouchers in the form of gift cards for employees of the Masovian Provincial Occupational Medicine Center SPZOZ. The term "merchandise vouchers" should be understood as bearer identification tokens issued and offered by the Contractor, which are a means of payment entitling to purchase of goods and services in retail and service establishments. The Ordering Party does not allow a paper version of goods vouchers. Merchandise vouchers in the form of gift cards must be accepted by a wide network of trade and service partners in Poland, in particular in the cities of Pocka, Warsaw and Radom and Masovian Voivodeship. Merchandise vouchers in the form of gift cards must be able to be redeemed online. The detailed scope of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 1 to this specification of the terms of the order, which will be the basis for preparing offers.
