Description:
The subject of the order is: 1) in the scope of package no. 1-28, 30-31, 33-58, 62 - delivery of surgical gloves, diagnostic gloves, suture materials, traditional and specialized dressings, puncture protection, adhesives, pads for patients, plasters and plaster bases, pregnancy testsand for drug detection, a kit for the treatment of urinary reflux, formula milk, milk replacer diets and other auxiliary medical products for SPSZOZ "Zdroje";
2) within the scope of package no. 29, 32, 63 - delivery of skin substitute, matrices for the regeneration of the dermis and cell matrixch under the deposit agreement;
3) within the scope of packages no. 59 and 60 - conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of medicinal products to support drug programs;
4) within the scope of package no. 61 - conclusion of a framework agreement for the supply of medicinal products. The subject of the order is divided into 63 parts called packageami. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers.
