Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of goods in the form of materials for laying road surfaces and aggregates with a diverse fraction to the town of Kopytow divided into 2 tasks:
Task No. 1 - Materials for laying road surfaces
Task No. 2 - aggregate with a varied fraction
Requirements, The quantities and detailed description of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex 1 to SWZ- Description of the subject of the contract, which will be posted on the website of the conducted procedure https://platformazakupowa.pl/pn/28wog.
The contracting authority provides for the right of options in the said proceedings Pursuant to art. 441 of the Public Procurement Law. The implementation of the right of the option, depending on the needs of the Employer, will consist in increasing the subject of the contract to a maximum of 100 % of the basic order.
