- 1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a GPU server to support the Test FUS application as part of the WF project from AWF to AWF J. Pisudski in Warsaw, Branch in Biaej Podlaska, ul. Akademicka 2. 2. Common Dictionary Zamwie CPV: Main item - CPV: 48820000-2 (Servers), Additional items - CPV: 48822000-6 (Computer servers) A detailed description and method of order execution is included in the Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ), constituting Appendix No. 5 to SWZ.3. The contractor will be obliged to provide a quality guarantee and warranty for defects on the delivered server for a period of not less than 36 months*, counting from the date of signing final acceptance protocol. Note: The offered warranty period for defects cannot be shorter than the offered warranty period. The contractor may offer one of the following warranty and warranty periods for defects for the delivered server, i.e. 36 months, 48 months or 60 months. The minimum warranty and warranty period is 36 days months. The maximum scored warranty and warranty period is 60 months. 4.
