Description:
The subject of the order is the successive delivery of food products to the dining room of the Technical and Information Technology School Complex in Gliwice at ul. Krakusa 16, divided into packages: Package No. 1: Delivery of general food products. Detailed description of food products along with the amount of demand was described in the assortment and quantity lists, in the price form constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. - (Appendix No. 4a - Delivery of general food products). Deliveries will be made successively, in accordance with the Ordering Party's needs, by transport at the Supplier's expense, including unloading and bringing in the goods. to the delivery place indicated by the Ordering Party on the basis of partial orders, including: general food products - on average about four times a week from 7.00 a.m. to 9.00 a.m. The contractor delivers first-class quality products, fresh, meeting the quality standards appropriate for a given type of product, which are valid in Poland, and about the current expiry dates.
